Kris Jenner will join Kim Kardashian and Jay Sammons’ new private equity firm, SKKY Partners, as a partner. To “exploit our complementary knowledge,” as stated by them, is the purpose.
Kim Kardashian is adding a new title to her portfolio.
The creator of SKIMS has partnered with former Carlyle Group associate Jay Sammons to establish SKKY Partners, a private equity fund. Kim announced her newest business endeavor on Instagram and provided details about the services their business will provide.
In an Instagram post on September 7, Kim stated, “I’m happy to announce the establishment of @SKKYPartners with private equity veteran Jay Sammons as co-founder and co-managing partner, along with @krisjenner who will serve as partner at our business. Together, we want to create the next-generation Consumer & Media private equity firm by utilizing our complimentary skills.
Regarding how the three individuals feel about their most recent collaboration, Kris Jenner, Jay, and Kim have all shown a great deal of enthusiasm for this new endeavor.
Kris posted the news to her Instagram account on September 7 and commented, “So proud, honored and delighted to be a part of this!”
While commenting on the project, Jay—who is said to have introduced the idea to Kim and Kris this year—highlighted the business experience of The Kardashians’ stars. According to him, “Having established firms themselves as actual entrepreneurs is a fundamentally different strategy,” he said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on September 7.
When asked about her plans for the future, Kim said she is eager to meet entrepreneurs and discover “what their goal is.”
She told the source that she wanted to “support what that is, not change who they are in their DNA, but just help and move them to a different level.”
